Your right to cancel within 14 days under EU and Czech consumer protection law

1. Right of Withdrawal

1.1. In accordance with ยง1829 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll. (Civil Code) and Directive 2011/83/EU, a Consumer who has concluded a contract at a distance (online) has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

1.2. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day of contract conclusion (i.e., the day the subscription order was confirmed).

1.3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must inform the Provider of their decision to withdraw by means of an unambiguous statement sent by email to:

1.4. The Consumer may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but it is not obligatory.

1.5. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the Consumer to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Exception for Digital Content

2.1. In accordance with ยง1837(l) of the Civil Code, the Consumer cannot withdraw from the contract if:

2.2. During the subscription process, the Consumer will be asked to expressly confirm whether they consent to the immediate commencement of the Service and acknowledge the loss of the withdrawal right. This consent is recorded and can be verified.

2.3. If the Consumer did not give such consent, the full 14-day withdrawal right applies.

3. Effects of Withdrawal

3.1. If the Consumer withdraws from the contract, the Provider shall:

If the Consumer requested that the Service begin during the withdrawal period (without giving consent under ยง1837(l)), the Consumer shall pay the Provider an amount proportionate to what has been provided until the time the Consumer informed the Provider of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

4. Consequences of Withdrawal

4.1. Upon withdrawal, the Consumer's access to the Service shall be terminated.

4.2. The Consumer shall refrain from using the Service after withdrawal.

4.3. The Provider shall make available to the Consumer any data stored within the Service for a reasonable period (at least 30 days) after withdrawal to allow data export, unless the data has been anonymized or deleted at the Consumer's prior request.
